Return and Refund Policy

At Toxie, we strive to provide the highest quality products and services to our customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy carefully. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Skincare Products

Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been opened or used. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you with an exchange or refund for that item.

Eligibility for Return (Skincare):

The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Apparel

We want you to love your Toxie apparel, and we accept returns on unworn and unused items with tags attached. If you're not satisfied with your apparel purchase, we offer exchanges or store credit for returns made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return (Apparel):

Items must be unworn, unused, and in the original condition, with all tags still attached.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is processed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
