But somewhere between the pandemic, the burnout, and the endless double shifts, I realized I was running on empty—just like a lot of us were.
During a moment of pause, I booked a med spa appointment—something small, something for me. And while I loved the idea of it, I left feeling... confused. Not about the treatment, but about the whole experience: units? syringes? why did it cost that much? I felt like I needed a translator just to understand what I was paying for. The environment felt intimidating. The pricing felt like a mystery. And that stuck with me.
So I built something better.
